1. Requirements for the Ventilation System of Emergency Medical Facilities

 

1) Strict Zoning, Scientific Ventilation Path

According to the sanitary safety level, it is divided into clean area, restricted area (semi-clean area), and isolated area (semi-polluted area and polluted area). Corresponding sanitary channels or buffer rooms should be set up between adjacent areas.

2) Different Areas Adopt Different Ventilation Environments

The pressure difference (negative pressure) of rooms with different pollution levels is not less than 5Pa, and the degree of negative pressure from high to low is the ward bathroom, ward room, buffer room and potential pollution corridor.

The air pressure in the cleaning area should be positive relative to the outdoor air pressure. In areas with differential pressure, a micro differential pressure gauge should be installed in the visual area of the outside personnel, and an obvious indication of the safe differential pressure range should be marked.

The layout of the air inlet and exhaust outlet of the negative pressure isolation ward should comply with the principle of directional airflow. The air inlet should be located in the upper part of the room, and the air outlet should be located near the bedside of the hospital bed, so that the polluted air can be discharged as soon as possible.

3) Temperature and Humidity Adjustment Makes the Fresh Air More Comfortable

Emergency medical facilities should adopt independent direct expansion air-cooled heat pump units, and adjust the supply air temperature according to room temperature control. Auxiliary electric heating device should be installed in severe cold area.

2.HOLTOP Customized Ventilation System Scheme for Emergency Medical Facilities

 

1) Reasonable Installation to Avoid Return Air Leakage

In order to prevent the leakage of bacterial exhaust air and cross infection in the diseased area, it is required that the air-conditioning exhaust fan unit is installed outside the building, and the entire return air duct is in a negative pressure section. The suitable products for the emergency project should be an outdoor floor standing air handling unit.

2) Scientific Zoning Reduces Virus Transmission

In order to ensure the pressure gradient between different safety levels, fresh air and exhaust air systems should be set respectively, and the positive and negative pressure of the area should be controlled according to the new exhaust air ratio.

3) Provide Cold and Heat Source Indoor Environment Can be Adjusted According to Demand

In order to shorten the construction period and ensure the stable performance of the equipment, HOLTOP purification ventilation equipment uses air-cooled heat pump direct expansion units as the cold and heat source of the air supply system. At the same time, considering the extreme winter weather in northern regions, electric heater should be installed.

Considering the severity of the current new COVIN-19 epidemic situation and design technical requirements, the filter combination should use G4 + F7 + H10 three-stage purification.

Supply air functional section: G4 + F7 + evaporator + electric heating (optional) + blower + H10 (to ensure the cleanliness of the air supply). In the room with high purification level requirements, H13 high-efficiency air supply port is used.
