Holtop has supported the HVAC upgrade for the relocation project of Du’an Yao Autonomous County People’s Hospital with its digital intelligent fresh air system and direct expansion air conditioning units. The project helps improve indoor air quality, safety, and energy efficiency for the new hospital campus.
The new hospital is a key local public service project, with 400 planned beds and a total building area of about 70,000㎡. As a regional medical center, it requires stable temperature and humidity control, clean air delivery, infection prevention, and reliable 24/7 operation.
To meet these needs, the project installed 1,054 Holtop air conditioning units, creating a safer and more comfortable medical environment.
Smart Pressure Control for Infection Prevention
Hospital air safety depends on proper airflow control. Holtop’s digital fresh air system monitors pressure in real time and adjusts operation automatically.
It maintains a pressure difference of ≥5Pa between clean and contaminated areas, guiding airflow from clean zones to polluted zones. This helps reduce cross-infection risks and protect patients and medical staff.
Accurate Control for Different Hospital Areas
Holtop direct expansion air conditioning units respond quickly to cooling and heating needs. They adjust operation based on real-time load changes to meet different requirements for temperature, humidity, fresh air, and cleanliness.
In medical technology areas, the system supports stable operation of precision equipment. In inpatient areas, it provides quiet and comfortable air conditioning for patients and healthcare workers.
Centralized Intelligent Management
With many HVAC devices across the hospital, manual inspection can be inefficient. Holtop’s intelligent control system connects equipment data and enables centralized management and remote operation.
This improves response speed, reduces maintenance pressure, and supports continuous operation throughout the year.
Rapid Response for Public Health Emergencies
Holtop’s system also supports quick switching between normal operation and emergency mode. During special public health events, the control platform can quickly adjust airflow strategy and pressure gradients for key areas such as isolation wards and fever clinics.
This gives the hospital stronger flexibility and safer air control.
Full-Cycle Service Support
Holtop provided support from site survey and design optimization to installation, commissioning, and long-term after-sales service. The solution ensures that the new hospital campus can operate with safer, cleaner, and more energy-efficient air.
Looking ahead, Holtop will continue to provide professional HVAC solutions for medical buildings, helping more healthcare facilities achieve smarter, healthier, and low-carbon upgrades.
