3A molecular sieve coated aluminum wheels for total heat exchange have an excellent capacity of moisture absorption even under high temperature, high airspeed and low humidity, and can expel harmful odour gases due to the selective absorption characteristic different from silica-gel.

Double sealing system

Unique design of double sealing system ensures the air leakage below 0.5%. The specially soft and dense material achieves better sealing effect and is 3~5 times longer life than ordinary materials.

Double purge sector

The double purge sector minimizes carryover from the exhaust air into the supply air stream. If the correct pressure difference is provided (200-900Pa), the rate of dust, gases etc. carried over from exhaust air into the supply air is below 0.3%.

Self-cleaning

The rotor has a high self-cleaning effect under normal conditions due to the continuously changing direction of air flow through the wave type structure of the wheel and narrow air channels.
