The wheel

is driven by means of a motor, a turbine-worm speed reducer, a V belt and a belt pulley. The operation can be controlled by users connecting switch to the wire box on side-board. If there is no speed control device, wheel rotates at 12~15rpm steadily. The other method is to control the wheel automatically by using the programmed ZK-100 intelligent controller.

Intelligent controller

The Holtop ZK-100 intelligent controller (Optional) is specially designed to control the rotary heat exchanger. It has the following functions,
• Control the rotary speed by the signal from the exterior sensor. Speed can be stepless adjusted.
• Set the rotary speed manually
• Sense the temperature and select the operating mode automatically
• Fault alarm and display
