Filters
In order to ensure heat exchanging efficiency and clean n ess, combination of G3 coarse filter and F5 medium filter is selected as standard configuration in HJK AHU.
• Coarse filter--- corrugated plate type, 25mm or 4 6mm in thickness, made of nylon or non-woven fabrics, efficiency rating at G2, G3.
• Medium filter—bag type, made of fire-proof chemical fibres, e fficiency rating at F5-F8.
• High - medium/sub-HEPA filter---bag or pleat type , made of fiberglas , efficiency rating at F8-H10.
• HEPA---pleat type, efficiency rating at H10-H13.
Coils
Water coil(Cooling or heating)
HJK AHU adopts heat exchange coils made from copper purely or aluminum fins plus copper pipe. Copper pipe is expanded mechanically and aluminum fin is double-side bended in wave type. It is featured by high coefficient of heat transferring, low air resistance, compact structure and excellent performance. Low-temperature and fast braze welding on copper pipe reinforces its pressure resistance over 1.2Mpa.
Steam heating coil
The s tanding steam-heating coil made of copper pipe and copper fin, developed by Holtop , is able to effectively solve the problems of vacuum, water hammer etc. caused by the modal change of steam inside the pipe. This design moves away the above factors influencing the efficiency of heat exchange and ensures the smooth drainage of condensation water to protect the coil from frozen damage.
Humidifiers
Relative humidity varies in different areas and seasons. In dry areas and seasons or under particular requirement, humidifying is needed. HJK AHU can provide two series of humidifying, equal enthalpy humidifying and equal temperature humidifying, including wet-film humidifying, double gasified humidifying, dry steam humidifying, fast-spreading humidifying, etc.

Blowers
Direct drive n centrifugal blower
Multi-vane, forward curved and double-suction structure . Housing is fabricated of high grade steel sheet coated with plastic or galvanized steel sheet. P arts are modularized and final assembled on lines. Advanced technics like roll-pressing, housing undercut, TOX riveting, etc., for main parts have been applied.
